Parfait Japonais [Ends April 11 - May 31, 2024].

The theme of the Japanese Tea Fair is a new "Japanese" experience in a Western-style building, featuring tea from Ippodo Tea Shop in Kyoto, paired with food and sweets.
As a pairing sweet for Ippodo Tea Puppet's domestic black tea, we will offer "Parfait Japonais", a sweet bean paste seriously created by our patissier.

  • A limited-time-only sweet that skillfully combines Japanese and Western ingredients.
    The matte-textured black bowl is decorated with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and mint like a flower garden.
    Red wine sauce, champagne espuma and strawberry compote.
    Ten layers of Japanese ingredients, such as shiratama (white bean curd) and agar (agar-agar), are layered in harmony to create multiple tastes and tactile sensations.
    Please enjoy it with Japanese black tea, which is gentle, tasty, and slightly sweet.
