Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka" is a new type of shaved ice that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The second products are "Berry Pistachio" and "White Peach Milk".

Chorakukan Hyouka Vol.2
- Berry pistachio :
Ice cream with pistachio condensed milk sauce and sweet and sour raspberry sauce. Decorated with light pistachio espuma cream.
This shaved ice combines the gorgeous sourness of berries with the nutty pistachio flavor. - White peach milk:
Ice cream with a sauce made with all the white peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture and condensed milk syrup flavored with black tea. Decorated with white peach pulp and shiso flowers.
This shaved ice is a taste of peaches along with the gorgeous sweet and sour taste of raspberry pulp and the cool sensation of mint. - *Alcohol is used in both cases.

- *Selection of blended coffee or blended tea.
Mini drinks will be served in demitasse cups.
