Chorakukan Ice Cream Vol. 1 [June 1 - July 15, 2024].
Shaved ice seriously created by a patissier.
Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka" is a new type of shaved ice that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The classic flavor pistachio and seasonal fruit.
The first two products are Cherry Pistachio and Lychee Raspberry.

Chorakukan Hyouka Part 1
- Cherry pistachio :
Ice cream with pistachio condensed milk sauce and griotte cherry sauce. Garnished with a light pistachio espuma cream.
Accented with American cherry pulp, this shaved ice has a rich flavor. - Lychee raspberry:
Black tea-scented lychee with condensed milk sauce and raspberry sauce on ice. Decorated with smooth cream and red berries.
It is shaved ice with a refreshing taste. - *Alcohol is used in both cases.

- *Selection of blended coffee or blended tea.
Mini drinks will be served in demitasse cups.
