The third product is "Berry Pistachio" and the seasonal fruit "Earl Grey Fig".

*Alcohol is used in both cases.

Chorakukan Hyouka Vol.3

  • Berry pistachio :
A beautifully colored ice cream with layers of rich pistachio condensed milk sauce and raspberry sauce.
Topped with a light green smooth pistachio espuma cream and red currants for a festive finish.
Nutty richness and sweet and sour fruit flavors overlap, and you can enjoy a mellow aromatic savarin at the end.
  • ,
  • Earl Grey fig:
The entire peel of a perfectly ripe fig is used to bring out all the sweetness, aroma, and texture of the fig.
At the bottom of the glass is a savory homemade brioche dough soaked in orange liqueur and a fig compote with a hint of coconut. The flavors change with each spoonful.
The top layer is composed of layers of finely shaved ice, red wine sauce with fig peel and pulp, and Earl Grey-scented milk sauce.
The black tea sauce with the acidity of yogurt adds a lightness to the sweetness of the figs and the depth of the red wine, creating a flavor with depth.
Fresh figs marinated in kirsch are added as a finishing touch to give the dish depth of flavor.
