Cafe Menu [April 21 - May 11, 2025].

The weather is getting warmer day by day, and we can feel the transition from spring to early summer.
Dessert Cafe Chorakukan will begin offering refreshing berry, cherry, and citrus flavored sweets.

parfait japonais

  • Price: ¥2,200
  • Western-style anmitsu, a clever combination of Japanese and Western ingredients that has been popular since last year.
    In a matte black bowl decorated with fresh berries and mint like a flower garden, 10 layers of red wine sauce, champagne espuma, strawberry compote, hyuganatsu confit, and Japanese ingredients such as shiratama and agar agar are harmoniously layered to create multiple flavors and textures.

Citrus cheese tart

  • Price: 990 yen
  • Kawachi-bankan citrus grown without the use of pesticides at Seigoro Farm in Ehime Prefecture are used.
    The freshness of the Kawachi Bunkan and the rich flavor of the baked cheese are gently connected by the brown sugar-scented whipped cream.

black tea

  • Price: 990 yen
  • A French pastry made with kirsch, which means "black forest.
    The fruity aroma of organic chocolate cream, kirsch-scented cream, and kirsch-dipped cherries are harmoniously blended to create a mature taste.

Availability

  • Monday, April 21, 2025 - early May
    The entire building will be closed on Wednesday, May 7 for maintenance.
