Citrus Herb Afternoon Tea[June 1 – June 30, 2026]
A refreshing early-summer tea time inspired by citrus and herbs.
In the gentle breeze of early summer,
長楽館では、柑橘の瑞々しさとハーブの清らかな香りを重ねた「シトラスハーブアフタヌーンティー」をご用意いたしました。
ベルガモットとカモミールの香りがやさしく広がるムース、ブルーベリーにラベンダーを合わせたタルト、グレープフルーツとライチの果実味にローズマリーの余韻を添えたヴェリーヌ。
柑橘とハーブが織りなす爽快なスイーツの数々は、素材それぞれが持つ香りを丁寧に引き出し、軽やかで奥行きのある味わいに仕立てました。
締めくくりには、ライムミントのソルベを。
清々しい余韻が広がる、初夏ならではのアフタヌーンティーをお楽しみください。
