Napoleon Pie, a winter colorful pie with strawberry blossoms
With the arrival of Christmas, the popular winter sweet "Napoleon Pie" will appear at Dessert Cafe Chorakukan.
A mille-feuille pie made only for winter, with a layer of rich custard cream and strawberries on top of a savory homemade pie.
Seasonal desserts that will add a festive touch to Christmas at Western-style hotels.

Napoleon pie

  • Price: ¥2,300 for an individual item ¥3,100 for a drink set
  • Crisp and light homemade pie crust is layered with homemade custard cream scented with French orange liqueur and thickly sliced strawberries with a sense of juice.
    The slightly firm custard enhances the lightness of the pie, while the savory flavor and richness of the cream blend perfectly. The pie can be easily cut into pieces with a knife.
    The sides are decorated with roasted almonds to add a contrasting aroma and texture.
    To finish, powdered sugar is sprinkled over the red berry sauce, creating a dish that resembles a snowy landscape that reminds us of the arrival of winter.
