Private Dinner Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque [December 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026].

A drink that has colored the times and has been loved along with art.
Perrier-Jouët, a long-established house founded in 1811, is proud of its masterpiece cuvée "Belle Epoque".
Belle Epoque means "beautiful age" in French.
It refers to the Art Nouveau period when art and culture flourished in France,
It is truly an era that symbolizes the rich and elegant atmosphere of the time when Chorakukan was completed.
Its graceful style has attracted the royalty and aristocracy of many countries, including Queen Victoria of England, Emperor Napoleon III of France, and the Belgian royal family.
 ,
Chardonnay, carefully grown in our own vineyards in Champagne, is the main ingredient in this exquisite blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The bottle, decorated with an anemone flower painted by the Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé, symbolizes the philosophy and aesthetic sense of the Maison.
 ,
This winter, Le Chêne will offer a full bottle of the rare Champagne Belle Epoque along with a full 11-course meal featuring Kyoto's winter and early spring ingredients.
Please enjoy each dish that maximizes the aroma and texture of the ingredients, such as the sweet sea bream crustian for the fish dish and the Tamba beef chateaubriand for the main course.
The venue is a private room in a Western-style house that retains the atmosphere of the Meiji period. The private room in the Western-style building, which retains the atmosphere of the Meiji period, is a special space surrounded by Art Nouveau design and antique furniture, where you can enjoy an elegant moment with the splendor of Champagne.
 ,
Furthermore, echoing the bottle design, there are many Art Nouveau style stained glass windows in the Chorakukan.
Before and after your meal, we will take you on a guided tour of the museum, where you can enjoy an artistic space that is steeped in the same aesthetic sense of the era as Champagne.
 ,
Enjoy to your heart's content the harmony and flamboyance of each dish, along with the floral aroma that spreads through the glass.
