A one-night-only collaborative French dinner will be held.
Chef Masahiro Takimoto has mastered the taste of eggs in his specialties, and Chef Kazuki Hashimoto has brought out the best of Nanaya duck. We will also offer a full-course French menu using Japanese ingredients.
We hope you will enjoy this one-day-only feast where the skills and sensibilities of the two chefs intersect.

＜La Biographie＞
French restaurant by owner-chef Masahiro Takimoto, who has gained experience in France and Switzerland, including the three-star "Arpege" in Paris, and has worked as the head chef of a hotel in Kyoto.
It was the first French restaurant in Kyoto to win a Michelin star, and has continued to win stars successively.
Selected by La Lilste and awarded the Culinary Masters Bronze Award.
The restaurant offers dishes that bring out the best of each ingredient's natural characteristics.
