Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka, a new type of sweet that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The second product is "Berry Pistachio" and seasonal fruit "White Peach Milk".
*Alcohol is used in both cases.

- Berry pistachio :
A beautifully colored ice cream with layers of rich pistachio condensed milk sauce and raspberry sauce.
Topped with a light green smooth pistachio espuma cream and red currants for a festive finish.
Nutty richness and sweet and sour fruit flavors overlap, and you can enjoy a mellow aromatic savarin at the end. - ,
- White peach milk:
Lusciously fresh peach ice cream made from the pulp and peel of Yamanashi white peaches.
Layers of white peach sauce and Earl Grey-scented condensed milk sauce are layered on top of each other, and the top is decorated with pulp and shiso flowers.
The aroma of black tea and the coolness of mint complement the elegant sweetness of the tea. - ,
