Chorakukan Hyouka Part 1 [June 1, 2025 (Sun.) to mid-July, 2025].

Shaved ice seriously created by a patissier.
Shaved ice, a Japanese summer tradition, and the traditional French pastry "Sabalin" meet in a Western-style building to form a single sweet treat.
Chorakukan Hyouka, a new type of sweet that changes in flavor as you eat it.
The first two are the classic flavor "Cherry Pistachio" and the seasonal fruit "Mango Framboise".

*Alcohol is used in both cases.

Chorakukan Hyouka Part 1

  • Cherry pistachio :
    The smooth green espuma cream is an eye-catching pistachio ice cream.
    Repeated layers of pistachio condensed milk sauce and griotte cherry sauce.
    The rich taste of pistachios harmonizes with the sweet and sour taste of American cherries.
    As you continue to eat, the two sauces and cream blend together to create a mellow savarin experience.

  • <Mango Framboise:
    A summer-inspired ice confectionery lavishly decorated with fresh mango pulp.
    A thick mango sauce accented with apricot and a mellow mango condensed milk sauce are repeatedly layered.
    Two types of mango sauce are combined with a sweet and sour berry sauce in the center to create a savarin with depth of flavor.
