Commemorating the Designation of an Important Cultural Property: Three Millefoil [February 22 - April 20, 2025].

Special Event Commemorating the Designation of Chorakukan as an Important Cultural Property: "The Story of the 115th Anniversary, Vol. 2"
We will serve a limited time version of "mille-feuille," an Hachette Dessert that is representative of Dessert Cafe Chorakukan.

  • The three pies are designed with the family crest of Chorakukan's founder, Kichihei Murai, "Maru ni Mitsu Kashiwa" (three oak trees in a circle), and each pie has a different flavor, inspired by the different architectural styles used in each room of the Chorakukan.
    The lemon sauce brings together three different combinations of custard cream and blueberry jam, black tea custard cream and raspberry jam, and pistachio custard cream and strawberry jam.

    The entire building will be closed for maintenance on March 12 (Wed) and April 16 (Wed).
