For dinner, we will offer a full course meal featuring our signature specialty "Nanaya Duck Roti" as the main dish, accompanied by a pairing carefully selected by our sommelier.
The chef carefully selects the rare brand of Nanaya duck from Kameoka, Kyoto, and cures it carefully over a two-week period.
The dish, which maximizes the richness of its flavor, will be served with a wine marriage.

Guests can visit the "Onari-no-Ma" and "Chorakuan" on the third floor of the main Chorakukan building (usually closed to the public) and ponder the history of the building more than a hundred years ago,
The LIBARARY BAR MADEIRA, which was used as a study at the time, is a place where you can find a glass of Madeira wine from more than a hundred varieties.
